Jobs in the Spotlight: Administrative Coordinator

Job responsibilities include: provide exemplary service in areas including preparing and processing HR-related documents, forms, personnel requisition requests, reports and presentations in addition to basic administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, Live Meeting and Conference Call set-up, managing team assets, and other general administrative duties as required.

  • MUST-have skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative group
    • Learn new tools and deliver high quality results on time
    • Highly detail oriented and effective organizational skills
    • Ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Ability to multi-task and initiative to take on special projects
    • May require ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years administrative or project coordination experience in fast-paced environment; effective project management skills
  • Education:
    • High school diploma/GED
  • NICE-to have skills:
    • Ability to work across divisional teams
    • Attention to details and accuracy
    • Ability to communicate with management and fellow employees
