Job responsibilities include: provide exemplary service in areas including preparing and processing HR-related documents, forms, personnel requisition requests, reports and presentations in addition to basic administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, Live Meeting and Conference Call set-up, managing team assets, and other general administrative duties as required.
- MUST-have skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative group
- Learn new tools and deliver high quality results on time
- Highly detail oriented and effective organizational skills
- Ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multi-task and initiative to take on special projects
- May require ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Experience:
- 3-5 years administrative or project coordination experience in fast-paced environment; effective project management skills
- Education:

- Ability to communicate with management and fellow employees
