Job responsibilities include: making outbound calls and receiving calls to and from delinquent account consumers in an attempt to receive and process payment on accounts, as well as negotiate payment terms and resolve inquiries on disputes, claims of fraud, or any other complaint/request from the customer.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multi-task and initiative to take on special projects
