General Description: Responsible for providing full administrative support to an Executive and his/her department.

- Proficiency in use of the Microsoft suite of office tools, including: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access;
- Excellent administrative, organization and communication skills;
- Technologically savvy;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects and multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment with good judgment;
- Detail-oriented
- Experience: 2-5 years in an administrative role
- Education: Associate or Bachelors degree
