General Description: 

Operate standard finishing equipment and office/production equipment.  Maintain appropriate supply inventory, inspect files for problem areas, perform quality inspections.

• Job Duties:
  • Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers)
  • Operate office/production equipment (printer, copier, fax, scan)
  • Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
  • Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies are required
  • Problem solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
  • Perform quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
  • Operate high volume printers and copiers
  • Inspect files for problem areas, including fonts, image resolution and image registration
  • Perform operator maintenance on equipment
• Basic Qualifications:
  • Must submit to a drug test and background check
  • 1 year of experience
  • Able to demonstrate computer skills knowledge
  • Able to demonstrate intermediate use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Education: 
  • High school diploma/GED
• NICE-to have skills: 
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate with management and fellow employees
