Here are two examples of presentations statements that clearly and concisely give an overview of two professionals, their experience and their accomplishments.

Sample 1
I attended Georgia State University and received a bachelor's degree in finance. I started my career with ABC Company as an intern and advanced to the position of Credit Manager within five years. I was recruited by Acme Financial Corporation to be their Credit Manager. I have held positions of increased levels of responsibility, moving into the Treasury function. Now that I have 10 years of experience, and have acquired an M.B.A. from Georgia State, I feel that I am ready to take on the responsibilities of Treasurer or Senior Financial Analyst with an aggressive company. My supervisors have commented on the fact that I am both forceful and diplomatic. I am especially strong in strategic planning, financial analysis and creative problem solving.

Sample 2
I've been involved in the biosciences for 15 years. I started as a research assistant at the Randene Corporation. Early on, I had an opportunity to work with the legal department in obtaining FDA approval for a number of new across-the-counter medications. With one of those products, Zifel, I was asked to stay involved through the product launch stage. I was recruited into my last position at Bioright as the Marketing Manager where I have been for the last four years and have progressively moved into the Marketing VP spot. Over the course of my career, I have been involved in all phases of bringing a pharmaceutical product to market and have had on-going product management responsibility including sales, pricing and promotion. I've managed products with annual sales ranging from half-a-million dollars to $5 million.
