Step 1: Contact us.
If you like what you’ve seen so far and are interested in taking the next step, complete our online contact form or contact our Market Expansion Team directly at 800-903-0082 or  via e-mail. We’ll send you a complete information kit.

Step 2: Complete the confidentiality agreement and Qualification and Financial Statement.
Once we receive your completed applications, a Spherion representative will contact you. 

Step 3: Schedule a live Web presentation.
Through this two-way communication, you learn about Spherion and its programs, and we learn more about you and your goals.

Step 4: UFOC – receive our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular. 
This document is required by the Federal Trade Commission, and lists Spherion’s obligations as well as the franchisee’s obligations.

Step 5: Get acquainted with our team.
Be introduced to key members of our management team via conference calls or in person.

Step 6: Assessments.
Find out if you have an affinity for sales, enjoy working closely with people and have the passion needed for a franchise business. 

Step 7: Validation call. 
Your chance to hear it straight from owners’ mouths. Ask any questions, voice  concerns and get honest answers from the people who live the business every day.

Step 8: Discovery day.
Visit our Corporate Service Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where you will get to know us and we get to know you. Take a close look into our operations and how Spherion supports your local office. You also have the opportunity to present your background, experience and goals to the Spherion executive team.

Step 9: The decision.
Our passion towards protecting our brand drives us to adopt only the best franchise candidates.  The exciting part of this process for us is notifying a candidate that they’ve been awarded a franchise, and welcoming them to our community of owners dedicated to excellence.

Step 10: Contract signing. 
Armed with all the information you need, you are ready to take the final step to become a Spherion franchise owner.

Step 11: Pre-opening begins.
The weeks leading up to your office opening are a crucial time, and Spherion has an extensive process in place. With Spherion at your side, you will have the tools and assistance you need to get up and running and prepare for that all-important opening day.

Step 12: Office Opening! 
Congratulations, you’re open for business! But you’re not on your own. Spherion continues to help you every step of the way, with the ultimate goal being to grow your business and the company as a whole.
