Job Description



As a member of the Sales team, the Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships through project proposals, follow up, and continued customer training.  The Account Executive reports directly to the Director and works closely with the team, providing feedback to assist in creating supporting materials that add value to our customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction.



  • Manage Client list and work with clients to meet their needs

  • Handle outstanding client issues

  • Cultivate relationships to achieve “or equal" status on jobs

  • Work with clients on projects, proposals, and quotes

  • Work with clients to ensure we have what we need to work with them

    • pictures

    • blue prints / interior elevations

    • purpose of the room

    • budget

  • Recommend marketing and training materials based on customer feedback

  • Educate and grow existing clients

  • Look for job placement opportunities

  • Send referrals to customers

  • Meet annual business growth goals

  • Send Order Confirmations and work with Accounting on payment collection

  • Follow up on every sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction

  • Understand  Acoustics products
