Job Description

Customer Call Center representatives are responsible for accepting inbound calls from Merchants.  The merchants are going to get a notice hat they are going to start being billed $19.95 per month for the new service the Customer will be providing.  The only way the merchant can opt out of this new service is to contact the call centers.  Troubleshoot problems encountered by customers by providing first call resolution.  Exercise proper judgment to refer complex or urgent issues to the next level per established guidelines.  Maintain technical proficiency to support a broad range of customer requirements. 

Next class starts Sept 22nd, and Sept. 29th, 2014

Varied schedules available.
Training is first four weeks Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.
3 month Contract

Preferred skills:
Call Center experience
If you do not have the call center experience, must have retention/sales experience.

Qualification

Requirements:
HSD/GED
Call Center experience
Excellent communication skills
Must complete and pass Skill Assessments.
Fluent with MS Ofice, Word, Windows, Typing 
Multi-task between screens and talking with customers on the phone.
