Job Description

Our client, a 25+ year Insurance Provider is looking to add a Customer Service Professional specializing on Commercial Business/Policy side -(NOT A SALES POSITION). The ideal candidate would have at least 2+ years of Customer Service experience within the Commercial Insurance industry, a CISR or CIC certifications are a plus but not a requirement. This person must have a Resident Property & Casualty license in one of the following states (MD, PA, WV, VA). This candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial customers and will work closely with the internal insurance producer. The daily duties include but are not limited to: providing quotes to existing customers, respond and manage request from third parties, review/explain policy issues, maintain accurate records within the system, correspond with policyholders about changes to policy, prepare bonds, maintain current licenses by attending continuing education classes. This candidate will work with a variety of insurance carrier specific software and should be proficient within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel,Outlook). The ideal candidate will be customer focused, professional, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, be able to multi-task and work in a team focused- fast paced environment. 1) 2+ years of Commercial Insurance Customer Service Experience
