Job Description

 

Spherion Staffing a locally owned Staffing and Recruiting agency located in South Burlington is seeking Customer Service Representatives for one of our long-standing clients, a busy public service based company in downtown Burlington. 

Job duties include: answering incoming calls from program participants and the public, addressing inquiries via phone, including those regarding eligibility criteria, enrollment, program guidelines, premiums, billing issues, and beneficiary communications. Experience in a call center or health care, helpful but not required.

Qualification

Requirements for this position include: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, familiarity with data entry, intermediate computer skills, excellent communication skills, ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and the ability to take in constructive and professional work performance based feedback on a regular basis. 2-4 years solid work experience in Customer Service is preferred. $12.02 an hour to start, with potential increase if hired. Must be computer savvy and be interested in working in a call center environment.
