Job Description

New position

Food Production/Manufacturer - Seeking the talents of an ERP Help Desk Support Specialist to assist the end users with technical problems/questions regarding their applications within JD Edwards One.  

  • Maintain and configure JD Edwards Modules for department applications
  • Create Documentation for JD Edwards/internal processes
  • Develop training tools as necessary for fellow team members/department members
  • Become main point of contact for software users and end users

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2-years experience supporting an ERP package within a manufacturing environment along with the following:

  • 2-year degree in Information Technology or greater
  • Previous Help Desk experience
  • Ability to travel in-state ( minimal travel )
  • Excellent work history with supporting references
  • Strong work ethic with great attitude
