Food Production/Manufacturer - Seeking the talents of an ERP Help Desk Support Specialist to assist the end users with technical problems/questions regarding their applications within JD Edwards One.
- Maintain and configure JD Edwards Modules for department applications
- Create Documentation for JD Edwards/internal processes
- Develop training tools as necessary for fellow team members/department members
- Become main point of contact for software users and end users
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2-years experience supporting an ERP package within a manufacturing environment along with the following:
- 2-year degree in Information Technology or greater
- Previous Help Desk experience
- Ability to travel in-state ( minimal travel )
- Excellent work history with supporting references
- Strong work ethic with great attitude
