We are actively recruiting for a very experienced Executive Assistant for a client located on Madison's east side.

The purpose of this position is, but not limited to, facilitating Management’s objectives by providing a high level of organization, enthusiasm and professionalism by maintaining consistency in procedures, by serving as a channel for communication and by combining and utilizing talents, expertise and resources. This is a full-time position and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Position overview:
-Heavy calendar management
-Prioritizing tasks and meetings on behalf of the manager
-Timely completion of all assigned projects

Qualification

Requirements:
-Excellent MS Excel/Outlook/Word skills
-Initiative, drive, good memory
-Solid decision making skills
-Ability to handle stressful situations with poise
-Ability to stay one step ahead
-Ability to remain flexible to changing priorities
-Experience: A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in an executive support or higher level administrative position.

Other requirements:
-Education: A minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in Business, Administrative Assistant.

-Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.
-Ability to work effectively with professional individuals and strong personalities in high pressured situations.
-Demonstrated high level of confidence and self-motivation
-Ability to create and communicate a sense of urgency
