Successful candidate is responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring all documentation for new accounts and maintenance to existing accounts have proper authorization and are in compliance with standards, review documentation for legal names changes, title changes and relationship changes.
- ensuring the units work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating a moderately complex process of function, contacting appropriate resources as needed.
- verifying accuracy of the application and the documents that support the change requests and ensure that is meets standard, issue Technical Exceptions (TE) if standards are not met.
- resolve Technical Exceptions if the requirement is satisfied.
- ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment within guidelines.
