Job Description

  • Manage and support Company’s Financial Statement reconciliation process to validate the accuracy and completeness of the date in the standard reports.  Reconciliations will range from simple to quite complex in nature
  • Leverage financial background and reporting skills to execute global processes including month end close, planning, restatements and forecasting
  • Evaluate and document report criteria to align with business needs
  • Perform user acceptance testing on new and existing financial reports
  • Analyze deviations in reconciliations and perform necessary research
  • Proactively communicate with business partners to resolve reconciling items and outstanding issues
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
  • Recommend and drive process improvements to strengthen and optimize operating effectiveness
  • Keep procedure documents up-to-date as necessary
  • Complete special projects as needed




  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) when responding to customer emails and/or phone calls.
  • Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Display strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects
  • Able to adapt to last minute changes and problems requiring immediate action
  • Become procedure expert in area of group support specialty. Using discretion - is able to make recommendations on how to handle exceptions, resulting in successful compliance
  • Able to independently identify trends and recommend changes to internal SLAs, resulting in meeting partner/customer expectations
  • Complete special projects as needed
