Job Description


Provide inbound/outbound telephone and face-to-face sales, support and training services as assigned the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.


  • Travels a minimum of 8 days per month to meet with customers, customer prospects, and channel partners to communicate the product details, plan and close sales opportunities, conduct channel team training, attend trade show events within assigned territory.
  • Initiates ourbound telephone calls to hotels, hospitals, university/college, government, military, and enterprise customers and prospects within assigned territory.
  • Conducts Lodging Econometrics, LeadLander, and General Internet searches for the purpose of identifying and sharing leads, and posting new sales opporutnities and sales activities to the Infor CRM database.
  • Responds for requests for quotations.
  • Completes outbound telephone calls to set appointments, build customer and channel partner relationships.
  • Responds to incoming territory customer support inquiries from all sources, including email, telephone, and websites.
  • Coordinates orders, analog and VoIP technology issues, RMA requests and other inquiries.
  • Enters all daily customer./channel activities into Infor CRM
  • Maintains territory customer database and generates internal database information, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
  • Compiles and produces territory sales and marketing reports.
  • Tracks, collates, and ships marketing material, telephone samples, and other equipment or materials as assigned by Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
