- Despite economic uncertainty, nearly seven out of ten U.S. workers say job change will be at their own initiative
- Workers see more growth potential if they were to leave their company than stay with their current employer (36% vs. 27% said very good/excellent)
- Workers report growing confidence in their ability to earn a stable income within a corporate structure (84%), and even as a free agent (54%), which is defined as independent contractor, flexible worker, consultant or small business owner
- Four out of ten employees (41%) are more likely than not to blow the whistle on their company if they suspect unethical activity
