FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 17, 2005 — Spherion Corporation (NYSE: SFN) today announced that its annual stockholders’ meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at the McGraw-Hill Building located at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, New York, N.Y. 10020. Stockholders of record as of March 24, 2005 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
