Spherion Corporation Listed on Gartner, Inc.'s Help Desk Magic Quadrant
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., February 15, 2005 – Spherion Corporation, a staffing, recruiting and workforce solutions provider, today announced its listing on the recently published Help Desk Outsourcing Magic Quadrant study by Gartner, Inc. Spherion is positioned on the Quadrant with other leading service providers in North America that provide help desk services to handle technology problems and queries from employees at client companies.
The study analyzes the primary service providers in the help desk arena, measures how they differentiate their services and provides best practices for evaluation and selection of the right partner.
Companies listed in the 2004 Help Desk Magic Quadrant report are judged on two key factors: ability to execute and completeness of vision. Criteria for Quadrant designation included: service-level agreements, metrics and measurement programs, market innovation, client references and continuous improvement/quality assurance processes. Spherion was placed in the Challenger segment of the Quadrant because of the scores it received on its ability to execute and deliver results.
