FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 17, 2006 — Spherion Corporation (NYSE: SFN) today announced that its annual stockholders’ meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the Spherion® corporate headquarters located at 2050 Spectrum Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., 33309. Stockholders of record as of March 24, 2006 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
