Spherion Announces the Departure of Human Resources Executive

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 25, 2006 — Spherion Corporation (NYSE: SFN), a recruiting, staffing and workforce solutions provider, today announced the departure of its Chief Human Resources Officer, Richard A. Lamond, who will be pursuing another opportunity. The Company will be initiating a search for the position, considering both internal and external candidates.
