Job Description

Spherion is immediately seeking highly attentive administrative support professionals for a ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK role. The primary day to day tasks will include: reviewing emails in company email system, complete file logging in the company system, complete document auto uploads, and manual and/or hard scan imaging.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 1 PM-10PM

Skills:
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of administrative experience in a metrics driven environment and have a basic skill level and comfort using Microsoft applications. Additional requirements include:
HS diploma or GED required
* Ability to communicate status updates as outlined in policy and procedure
* Ability to effectively utilize company systems to:
- Efficiently complete job functions, update data, perform queries, resolve validations, and navigate between screens.
- Index, load, and view documents into electronic document management imaging environment
- Operate hard scan machine
- Update profile and navigate pages on company database
