Job Description

- Produce complicated components needed, and final assemblies in related area to blueprint and work instructions
- Work under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervision
- Setup and operate all equipment in related area to produce product to specification requirements
- Understand and use measuring equipment.
- Setup and operate necessary equipment in related area
- Complete all necessary paperwork required
- Produce and measure product to insure compliance to blueprint and work instruction specifications
- Maintain clean, neat, and safe work area
- Assists with the training of co-workers

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

--Manufacturing/ assembly experience is required. Company will conduct interviews prior to starting
--Must Participate in Improvement programs
--Communicate ideas, problems, and concerns to management
--Maintain a clean, neat, and healthy work environment
--Work safely following all safety procedures
--Willing to work overtime as required
--Required Lifting Weight: 40 lbs. Lifting Frequency: Daily
--Bending, lifting, sitting, standing, and twisting for long periods of time.

Ability to read understand and follow directions per job instructions and to use the proper tooling and components necessary for jobs.
Ability to maintain consistent production to meet or exceed production times within an acceptable standard.
Ability to properly identify all parts being processed
Ability to accurately keep track of piece count recording when necessary
