Job Description

Answers phones, greets customers and handles inquiries within ability.

Main responsibility is to schedule patients
Appropriately directs calls, takes accurate messages or responds to calls by utilizing knowledge of policies, procedures and practices.

Active Staffer: Responsible for accuracy of own account
Other miscellaneous administrative support duties Coordinates activities, events, with internal and external customers
Coordinates lunch or breakfast with Pharmaceutical Representatives who call in

Retrieves cancellations from the cancellation voice mail, cancel & document the cancellation

Responsibilities:
Scheduling
Answering calls from doctors, patients, pharmacists, etc.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
