Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for, classifying prospects, generating leads, and developing their own book of business. This person must
be coachable, self-motivated and have a good work ethic. The position requires someone who has excellent leadership capabilities.
This position is a salaried position which also includes a commission structure. This position can be a work from home position but requires travel as territory includes: Polk, Highlands, Manatee, Sarasota, Hardee, Desoto, Hendry and Charlotte counties. Ideally, the candidate would reside in the areas of Riverview, Bradenton or Sarasota.

Territory includes:
Polk, Highlands, Manatee, Sarasota, Hardee, Desoto, Hendry and Charlotte counties. Ideally, the candidate would reside in the areas of Riverview, Bradenton or Sarasota.

Responsibilities:
-Classifying prospects, generating leads, and developing their own book of business
-Attend meetings and share ideas at brainstorming sessions, reporting back details of discussions;
-Highly productive with minimal supervision
-Coachable
-Highly organized with excellent time management skills
-Ability to identify new business opportunities
-Must be able to sit, stand and drive for extended periods of time
-Gather and document perspective client and current client?s information
-Research clients and markets
-Brief Sales Director and Senior Staff on issues, as needed
-Work with sales Director on an individual basis to identify any problems that would impede performance in achieving sales goals.
-Carry out a variety of administrative tasks.
-Assist with projects as needed
-Liaison with clients and other staff
-Provide Support and training to Customers
-Other duties, as may be assigned by supervisor

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
-5Years previous successful sales experience
-Data Entry Skills of 40 words per minute
-Computer literate
-Well versed in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Comfortable in front of Clients and in Group settings, as well as making presentations

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random reoccurring annual substance abuse screening, as well as local and federal background
checks.
-Must have a valid driver?s license.
-Mandatory travel time based on the needs of the Company
