Job Description

Do you have a desire to sell, work on your own, and help others? Do you enjoy having flexibility and control over your day-to-day schedule? Are you looking for a career that rewards hard work and persistence? Our staffing agency is looking for an outside sales representative to be out on the field generating new client orders to recruit for. We are looking for a self-sufficient, highly motivated individual who is able to network on their own to acquire new business for the company. The right candidate for this position would have good sales and networking experience, while being able to understand business goals set forth by management to be able to achieve them through their own capabilities.

Responsibilities:
-Consult with management to discuss business needs and develop sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
- Prospecting to develop new client relationships by generating and pursuing leads.
-Conduct cold calls, while following up in order to obtain job orders to staff for the company
-Maintaining contact with existing clients and accounts to further supply their staffing needs.
-Researching job market to develop business/sales strategies.
-Traveling for in-person meetings and presentations with clients.
-Negotiating and securing client orders and agreements

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Knowledge and understanding of staffing industry.
-Networking capabilities.
-Excellent written and verbal skills in order to professionally present to and consult with Business Owners and C-Level Executives.
-Operation and knowledge to navigate salesforce programs.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-No degree required, but 1-4 years of experience in similar field a must.
-Previous experience in sales a must; talent acquisition and business development in similar industry preferred.
-A self-driven, confident, competitive, and persistent individual with a desire to succeed.
-Great attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
-Experience planning and running job fairs, trade shows, and other marketing events and activities
