Spherion is immediately seeking an ACCOUNT MANAGER/SR. CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE for a top national building supply company responsible for handling business to business calls regarding pricing and product availability. Excellent work life balance and benefits package when hired permanently.
-Build and maintain relationships with distributors and vendors across the nation
-Manage incoming calls from existing clients regarding product availability, pricing, etc.
-Research customer inquiries and provide excellent follow up
-Cross sell products and services as needed
Working hours: MON-FRI 8AM-5PM
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong proficiency in MS Office products
-2+ years' experience in an account management or high level customer service role
-High attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Proven results in a goal driven-oriented environment
