Spherion Temple is looking for the right candidate who will be responsible for supporting a group of sales representatives or channels by inputting customer's order details into the company's system and preparing orders for dispatch and helping in the building and development of customer loyalty and client relationships!
Responsibilities:
The right candidate will need to receive, analyze and process customer orders for designated sales channels. Someone who can ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills for this position is a MUST! We are looking for someone who is detail oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task and can do so with a positive attitude and professional demeanor!
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-order processing or customer service experience preferred
-Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
-QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
