The position will perform accounting, human resource and various other functions for division office. The position will report to the division office manager.
Primarily responsible for detail billing, billing review, and unit entry
Secondarily responsible for time entry, purchase orders, and human resources
Review and analyze division reports
Perform ad hoc analysis and duties to support job operations
Work directly with customers, field operations, subcontractors, and corporate administrative staff
Support special projects as requested
Minimum 3 years total experience in various accounting roles.
Previous experience in the construction industry a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm- Flexible
Strong Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable in Excel a MUST
