Accounting Specialist

Job Description

Our client, a property manager, is hiring in their accounting department. This job will be responsible for balancing accounts payable and receivable, creating budgets for the departments, and ensuring accurate data is entered. To be successful at this job, applicants must have at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role and an Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field.

Pay: $16.83-$17.79/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

- Balance accounts
- Ensure deposits and billing is correct
- Pay bills
- Create budgets for departments
- Gather information and run reports for Controller

Working hours: Monday-Friday at 8:00am-5:00pm

Skills:
--At least 2 years of accounting experience
--Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field
--Prior experience in property management is desired
