Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description

Accurately perform duties involved in invoicing, payment collections, posting and reconciling vendor/customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
-Perform various duties around the corporate accounts payable function.
-Code, sort and assign cost centers to a large volume of monthly invoices.
-Manage and deal with account reconciliation
-MSExcel skills above the basic level.
-Data entry duties for entering A/P invoices
-Process employee expense reimbursements via Concur

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Solid understanding and knowledge of the A/P process within a business setting
2-4 years of prior experience in this type of role.
10-key skills.
PC literate - MS Excel needed (V-lookups)
QuickBooks experience
Ability to be self-driven, honest and multitask daily.

Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
2-4 years of accounting clerk experience in a business setting.
