Job Description

Seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk. Must be able to work 20-25 hrs/week as well as 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:
Monthly sales & chargeback reporting/ reconciling for Broker Commissions & Sales Incentive payments
- Daily/Weekly AR chargebacks (research & credit memo preparation in D365 accounting system) for monthly financials
- Identify & Summarize Open Accounts Receivable status
- Assist with broker correspondence & inquiries
- Assist in daily /weekly chargeback dispute process
- Weekly cash reporting update
- Monthly product cost calculations for ecommerce sales
- Work collaboratively with Sales Support/team relating to validity of MCB and promotion programs
- Report filing & occasional assistance with telephone answering

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Education:
Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Able to commit to 5 days/week
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours/week
- Experience is preferred
