Job Description

Provide centralized data analysis and reporting support for all HR processes. Provide standard and ad hoc queries / reports to meet HR customer and process needs. Recommend improvements to data and reporting systems; automating if possible.Maintain HR analytical tools, reporting and dashboards. This includes maintenance of data to support HR analytics needs and ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports and metrics.

Day to day management of benefit plan providers, auditors, and consultants.
Ensure data accuracy for benefit related data including: enrollment, deductions, COBRA and benefit changes.
Analyze participation and utilization for all benefit plans on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for cost control and risk assessment factors.
Maintain knowledge of and analyze government regulations and compliance.
Assist Team Members with benefits questions and claims related issues.
Manage the annual open enrollment process, including employee communication, coordination with providers and payroll.
Manage the COBRA process for eligible Team Members and Dependents.
Analyze different benefit plan models and make recommendations for enhancements/cost savings.
Reconcile weekly and monthly benefits statements and approves benefit invoices.
Oversee 401(k) plan, audit of payroll deferrals and match contributions, responsible for preparation of annual NDT and Form 5500. Coordinate Admin Committee meetings, legal notices and annual audit.
Design and maintain a comprehensive wellness program, including the wellness committee.
Assist with compensation programs including merit cycle, promotions, new hire offers and internal movement.

Working knowledge of competencies as defined in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 17025:2005, and ISO 14001:2015
Conduct data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights. Recommends information that should be analyzed based on key indicators, works to determine root cause, and/or identify areas of concern.
Develop and Maintain SAP and SuccessFactors ???best practice??? knowledge and provide technical support for HR business systems within scope of work.
Support the continuous evaluation and improvement of HR business systems and processes.
Assist in the prioritization and implementation of improvement work efforts / opportunities.
Provide process and technical support to HR processes through excellence in process, information and technology management practices and expertise.
Ensure employee / organizational data is captured, managed, analyzed and disseminated to enable decision making.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

2+ years minimum of experience in benefit administration and data analytics preferred
General knowledge of organization systems framework
Knowledge of Human Resources principles and best practices in benefit and compensation
Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local rules, regulations and/or statutes
Excel experience for analysis of data
Experience using PowerPoint
Familiar with employee relations principles and practices; customer service principles
SAP/Success Factors experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Very good problem-solving and analysis skills
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Demonstrated decision making skills and ability to problem solve issues using a high degree of detail and ability to apply judgment in semi-complex and sometimes ambiguous situations


1-4 years

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or other relevant field.
