Spherion is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, a premier financial services company in the Montpelier area. This is a long-term temporary position, with the possibility of becoming a permanent opportunity with our client.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with sorting and scanning incoming documents
-Process changes in multiple computer platforms
-Reach out to outside contacts on outstanding items - via phone & email
-Other projects as necessary to support the team with the increased volume of new business.

Working hours: Monday to Friday
-1-3 years of business/office support experience is preferred, but not required.
