Spherion-, a locally owned staffing company, is seeking detail-oriented administrative and clerical staff for entry-level office position in the Arden area. Our team will help you put your skills to work in a rewarding position that keeps you successfully moving forward.

Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to different departments. Relieves officials of minor administrative and clerical detail. Maintains files, schedules appointments and produces correspondence.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years plus of Administrative/Clerical experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (will be tested)
Working knowledge with SAP system
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in excel and word
