Job Description

Looking for a long-term office position with growth potential? We have an exciting Office Assistant/Customer Service position in Stirling for a well-respected Home Improvement company. This is a full-time position with benefits.

- Providing excellent customer service to homeowners and property managers
- Following up with crews and internal/external stakeholders
- Dispatching
- Invoicing
- Other administrative tasks as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Solid computer skills and ability to multi-task
- Friendly, customer service and clear, professional phone voice
- High attention to detail and organization skills

No Degree Required

4-7 years

- Ideally looking for 5+ years of experience for a home improvement and/or service-oriented company
- Small office experience preferred
