Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator
Work Schedule: Days - 7am-4:30pm and flexible to work overtime as needed
Work week: Monday-Friday and flexible to work overtime as needed occasionally on Saturdays
Hourly Pay Range: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Great opportunity to work at a growing grape farm company in the central valley. This is a temporary position and may lead into a full time position. They have plans to expand their operations and well known in the industry as a first class operation.

Administrative Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator to assist in coordinating, scheduling, tracking, documenting all Safety, Food Training and updating compliance status for Plant/Facilities.
Scheduling appointments with various organizations for follow-up and receive status updates.
Data entry using proprietary system.
Track timekeeping, shipping, receiving loads, tracking/documenting each phase of transit.
Update Employee certifications, update training records, update Food Safety compliance records as well as escalating concerns/issues or inconsistencies to management.
Secure management signatures as required on employee training and certification records.
Assist in audits for training, regulatory items, and certifications, ensuring these are up-to-date and in accordance with company policies, and requirements.
Update SOPs as directed by department manager.
Works with commitment and positive attitude to support team and company goals.

Reporting updates to upper management.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Windows
Safety Aptitude and attitude
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent organizational skills and detailed
Math skills with problem solving abilities
Ability to prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivate and ability to stay productive with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information.

High School

1-4 years

High school diploma/GED, college preferred
1-4 years related work experience
