We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a well-respected, local manufacturer in South Burlington.
You will be gatekeeper to this small office, greeting and welcoming visitors and providing a high level of customer service.
Maintain excellent customer service - from answering phones to greeting and welcoming clients and visitors.
Process and maintain various documents and forms with a strong attention to detail
Order supplies for the office
Schedule deliveries and track shipments
Assist with special proposals and projects
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30PM
