Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the company President by performing a variety of administrative and executive support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule business calendar appointments
- Assist with Account Payable and Receivable
- Inventory management
- Process DMV paperwork
- Assist with some Human Resources coordination
- Screen phone calls, review incoming mail and emails, maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and prepare meeting materials
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word; utilizing Excel to create formulas is a must
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements
- Organize and maintain filling systems to ensure efficient retrieval and response

Working hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Executive Support, Administrative or Office Manager role with related duties
- Experience dealing with accounts payable and receivable
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically in Word and Excel
- Experience with inventory management
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
