Job Description

Spherion Staffing is currently hiring for an experienced administrative assistant to join a local company here in the Columbus, GA area! The ideal candidate for this position would be proficient in MS Office Programs, including Publisher, and must pass assessments to qualify! This a full time temp-to-perm position. Reliable transportation and the desire to commit themselves long term with this company is a MUST! In order to qualify for this position, at least four years of experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role is REQUIRED!

- Provide administrative support to other staff members
- Create documents, memos, and correspondence
- Regularly monitor email
- General office duties such as faxing, filing, scanning, etc.
- Other specific duties as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Preferably have worked with Constant Contact Email Marketing
- Previous experience with church system
- Experience with calendar programs

No Degree Required

1-4 years

- Must pass assessments for MS Word and client specific assessments
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain relationships with members and companies
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks
