Job Description

Our client is looking for a temp to hire Administrative Assistant with experience answering phones, coordinating with different departments and being the warm face people see when they visit the office. They offer competitive benefits and a collaborative team! Pay will be determined based on experience and ability to take on additional tasks as needed.

-Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
-Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
-Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
-Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
-Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

-Alpha Numeric Data Entry
-Phone etiquette
-Excellent written and verbal abilities
-Multi-task and have exceptional time management skills

High School

1-4 years

-3+ years' experience in an office administrative setting
-Strong MS Office
-Experience with construction accounting software is preferred but not required
