Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and positive Administrative Assistant for a fast paced and evolving business! You will need to be tech savvy and consider yourself an expert on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. We are looking for someone who is a team player but able to work independently. The Ideal Candidate MUST possess a MINIMUM of 2 years experience working as a Receptionist in a front office capacity.

Essential Functions:

Answer phones and direct calls
Monitors visitors to the facility
Processes mail for department distribution
Pages staff and clients as needed
Monitors all exit doors and fire alarms
Secures weekend mail
Maintains reception desk area clean and in an organized manner at all times, files all front desk forms
Maintains good appearance and personal and phone etiquette
Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:30-6:00 (flexible)

REQUIRED Qualifications
Worked as a Receptionist for a MIN of 2 years and within the last 6 months
Ability to Type a MIN of 45 WPM ACCURATELY
ADVANCED ability with Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint
COMPREHENSIVE knoweldge of grammar, alphabetical filing order, and 10 key data entry
