Job Description

One of our clients, a notable non-profit in Florence, is looking to hire a Part - Time Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant will focus on supporting the organization by providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office using sound, decision -making judgement while providing top-level support to the Executive Director and ensuring daily operations are running smoothly. This Administrative Assistant position is perfect for candidates with previous experience looking to make professional connections and expand their current skill set.

- Coordinating internal meetings and events
- Drafting official correspondence
- Assisting with special projects
- Customer Service
- Data Entry

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

--High school diploma or GED required
--At least one years of administrative experience
--Complete proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel)
--Proficiency with mail merge
--Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills
