Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides top-level administrative support to the management members of this company.

This is a Full Time position located in Fort Myers.

Provide administrative support to staff and management, providing a high level of professionalism and detail.
Works closely with the Accounting Department in reconciling corporate invoices and expenses.
Manages calendars of the office staff, including scheduling and coordination of meetings, creating and taking meeting notes.
Answers & responds to calls/emails, providing a high level of service tact and professionalism.
Composes documents, many of sensitive and confidential nature, including correspondence with with clients, meeting notes, reports, proposals, agreements, contract and expense reports.
Access & input information in various databases, greeting clients/visitors, communicates with vendors.
Keep all Contractor Licensing and Certifications of Insurance info up to dated with all counties/cities.
Maintain phone greetings for any closings, events or holidays.
Manages/Purchases office supplies.
Created and maintain data base files as well as hard copies, filing, faxing.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

MUST have computer knowledge/MS Office
Must be able to speak more than one language
Knowledge of faxing and filing

High School

1-4 years

Must have at least 2-3 years of administrative experience.
