Job Description

Part time administrative role in Frederick, MD looking for a proven professional to assist with data entry, purchasing and accounts payable and the production team.

Responsibilities:
Create purchase orders via JDE, and handle a portion of the plants payable's (approx. 50%)
Attend plant safety meetings, weekly

Working hours: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
Must be able to speak effectively and listen actively to communicate with employees.
Comfortable to work on a factory floor and interacting with production employees as necessary.
Clerical support and HR admin. experience preferred
Computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Strong organizational skills
Motivated self started with solid work ethic
Ability to work in a team environment across all levels of the organization
