We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for a local company right here in Freeport, IL. This is a temp-to-hire assignment with benefit potential. The typical day will consist of establishing effective communication via phone, email and in person with walk-in clients and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
* $14/HR during the program
* Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm
* Assist with updating both customer and prospect databases
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Administrative tasks will include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
* Manage and reply to internal and external emails, telephone and face to face inquiries
* Greet, assist and direct visitors upon arrival
* Manage other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
* HS or equivalent required
* Intermediate proficiency leveraging the Microsoft Office Suite
* Proven administrative experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
