Job Description

Large company in Hobbs seeks to add an experienced Administrative Assistant to their dynamic team.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Provide support to our managers and employees, assist in daily office needs and manage company's general administrative activities.
Greet incoming visitors, coordinate conference rooms and schedules
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research pricing and suppliers

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High School

0-1 years

1-2 years of Admin Assistant experience
Ability to work overtime if needed
Must have a minimum of a high school education
