Job Description

An Insurance Brokerage firm in Monmouth County is in need of a dynamic, organized, and determined Administrative Assistant to join their team! This candidate should be a long-term solution. This roles requires someone who can communicate well, has advanced computer skills, highly organized, and is detailed orientated.

? Responsible for majority of office duties such as, answering 3 line phone system, filing, copying, etc.
? Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
? Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
? Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
? Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
? Make daily to do list s, update lists on jobs, and schedule meetings
? Able to assist in light bookkeeping (AP/AR)
? Knowledge of QuickBooks

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Organizational skills are a must
Advanced computer skills
Strong oral and written communications skills
Time management
