Job Description: Performs various administrative duties. Prepares documents, reports and/or transcribes notes for managers. Schedules meetings, travel arrangements to managers or other partners in the area. May track or monitor expenses for the department. Maintains filing system for manager or other partners in the area. Must have intermediate Microsoft Office. Good written and oral communication skills are required. 1 - 3 years experience in office environment is required.

? Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos (proper punctuation, spelling, grammar a must). Excellent verbal/written skills along with interpersonal skills are required. Must have high level of organization and attention to detail. Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate follow through, and to follow departmental procedures. Computer competency (Microsoft Office), Keyboarding/data entry skills, Basic math skills, Phone and Customer Service Skills, Spelling and proofreading. Work ethic and a team player is a must.

? Assist team with managing incoming and outgoing mail. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Create and update monthly spreadsheets when needed. Scanning and copying of documents. Conduct clerical duties, including emails and preparing documents.

Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
