Job Description

Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks which include payroll, vendor payment processing, credit card review/processing, employee support, customer support, invoicing, delinquent account follow up and other duties as assigned.

-Will also prep of various reports/data for Operations Manager, month end tasks for financials, ordering supplies or assisting with job material orders/returns, etc.
-Role is not for just an AP clerk or payroll clerk - it encompasses a wide variety of duties. There are a number of tasks to be completed each week, but each day and each week's schedule varies greatly depending on needs and prioritization.
-Assistant will handle most communication with field employees, customers, and vendors via email and phone. Field employees are working in locations scattered across the United States.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Must be experienced in juggling multiple priorities/tasks and problem-solving
-Be familiar with Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Sheets & Docs
- Must be very good Excel spreadsheet and written communication skills.

High School

1-4 years

-Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
-Must be willing to submit to a drug testing and background checks
-Prior payroll & AP Clerk experience a must.
