Job Description

Typical Duties:
- Will be responsible for assisting State departments with implementation of paperless system, by preparing files for scanning, emailing and inputting data into MS Excel.
- Posting/scanning to individual accounts, opening mail, operating basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and minimal computer programs.
- Records management, special projects, preparing agendas, handling incoming phone calls, & conducting special studies to report recommendations.
- Other general admin/clerical duties as assigned.

Working hours: Monday-Friday

Required Experience:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a professional office environment
- Possesses excellent office & communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
